Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but know there are times when items may not work out. In that case, here is our RETURN AND REFUND POICY:
ONLINE PURCHASES:
We DO NOT offer refunds, but will issue a store credit so you may exchange.
RETURN REQUESTS

SHIPPING BACK
Ship your item back within 7 days of authorization.
CONDITION
TEAK accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Your return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Packages received after 21 days will not be processed. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Once your return arrives at TEAK, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. If your items pass our quality control inspection, you will be issued store credit, excluding any shipping costs within 3 business days of receipt.

New clothing, non-sale items, shoes.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost return packages.
Final sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items purchased at a reduced or promotional price, jewelry, and accessories, art
cologne, lotions, soap, books, and socks. By purchasing these items, you agree to this policy. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
In-store purchases
Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
